Matthew Sedivy is a musician, composer, producer and teacher residing in Las Vegas, NV. Originally from Roanoke, VA, Matthew has trained and studied the art of the guitar for over a decade. Attending James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, he graduated with a Bachelors of Music in Classical Guitar Performance and Music Business. Graduating with several honors and highly esteemed leadership positions, Matthew moved to Las Vegas, NV after accepting the position of Director of Operations and Producer for Jeff Civillico’s award winning all-ages comedy show, Jeff Civillico: Comedy in Action, at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.

Jeff Civillico: Comedy in Action has since been highly acclaimed, with an impressive list of accolades including: Named 2014, 2015, & 2016 “Best of Las Vegas” by the Las Vegas Review Journal, “Entertainer of the Year” by Vegas Inc, “Top 10 Things To Do In Vegas” by Total Vegas Guide, and TripAdvisor’s 2016 & 2017 “Show of Excellence” award.

With the expansion of Jeff’s brand, Matthew took additional roles through 2015-2017 in media, as Music Director and Associate Producer for several entertainment based television shows, including Las Vegas Good News and The Weekend in Vegas. He continues to serve and travel as Technical Director for Jeff’s Las Vegas show and all live events.

With several years of professionally producing and recording, Matthew currently writes as a producer and composer for several television production companies. His work has been featured in commercials, cinema, art films, shorts, documentaries and apps with several name brands including REI, Lands End, Louis Vuitton, Outside Magazine, HiBall Energy, MOJEH, Osprey Packs and more.

Producing 2 full-length albums (the first at the age of 16 and the second at 20), Matthew is currently preparing the release of his first full studio album. His self-titled 11-track LP will feature large orchestration as he dives in the alternative rock genre. Release is planned for late 2017.
